As we continue to plan and prepare for the return of programming to are stage space, our current box office staffing remains limited. Hours are 9 am to 11 am, Monday through Friday and ONE HOUR Prior to performances.

TATC Inclement Weather Policy

If Theatre At The Center cancels the performance:

• We will try to re-seat individual or group tickets at another performance of the same show.
• Apply individual or group tickets to another show in the same Mainstage Season.
• Refunds will only be issued as a last resort.

If Theatre At The Center Performs the show:

• If the roads are open for travel and Theatre at the Center performs show but ticket holder is unable to attend due to inclement weather, TATC will try to re-seat individual or group tickets at another performance of the same show.
• Apply individual or group tickets to another show in the same Mainstage Season.
• If we are performing the show and an individual or group decides not to come, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
