Vita Ayala

Special Events Coordinator/Assistant Operations Manager, Box Office Manager

Vita began working at Theatre at the Center in 2003 as a box office clerk. She graduated from Purdue University Calumet with a B.A. in Communications / Journalism and an A.A. in Political Science in 2007. During her time at Purdue, she served as an intern at WGN-TV in News Planning from 2006–2007.

In 2007, she was promoted to Full Time Assistant Box Office Manager at TATC. In 2008, she accepted her current position as the Assistant Front of House Operations Manager, provided specialized customer service, ticketing and sales and marketing reports. Vita started TATC's Annual Blood Drive in June 2012 and has coordinated it each year. In 2014, she added the title of Special Events Coordinator, helping plan and budget for TATC's special events programming.
